-It is permitted or required by regulations
-Personal information management is entrusted to a third party, in which case a contract is concluded with the third party and appropriate supervision carried out.

In order to prevent leaks, falsification, loss, defamation or unauthorized use of personal information, we have implemented measures appropriate to ensuring the secure management of all personal information. We also conduct educational programs to ensure that employees understand and conform to all applicable criteria in the proper handling of personal information.

■Compliance

We are committed to and will comply with the relevant act on the use of numbers to identify a specific individual in administrative procedures, related governmental rules and regulations, guidelines established by the Japanese Government and other applicable codes.

■Continuous Improvement of Internal Rules

We will periodically check and assess compliance with this Basic Policy and our related internal rules, and will make efforts to do appropriate management of specific personal information, including but not limited to review of this Basic Policy and those rules.

■Respect of our Employees’ Rights

If and when our affected employees request disclosure, amendment, deletion addition, suspension of use etc, of their personal information that we hold, we will respond to them appropriately, in accordance with laws concerning protection of personal information.
